We source most of our ingredients from small, local suppliers and so work with them to use produce at its best, this means moving quickly with seasons and using alternative cuts of meat to ensure whole animals are used, for example.

Our Tasting Menus are available at all times, with the addition of our shorter Lunch Menu available on Friday and Saturday lunch. Most dietary requirements can be catered for, But we MUST be informed prior to your visit.
